We want this site to be a welcoming hub that reflects our mission and helps real people take real action.

Our programs are centered on practical impact. From LifeVac applications for personal or classroom use, to the Puppy Program, to funding assistance for essential items like wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, speech devices, and other necessary supports, we want people to find help clearly and quickly. We also want the community to see what has been done, what is happening now, and what we hope to do next.
